How to teach your dog to poop outside

Dogs and other animals are natural environmentalists, they decide to poop or pee anywhere they fell is comfortable for them by smelling so is left for you as a dog owner to teach your dog where to poop.
Before you teach your dog where to poop, you will decide first where you want him to do his business and it will require time and patience before he will get use to his new habit. All dogs have some sort of behavior just before they need to go potty, you will need to learn this signal and reward him for it.

1. Smelling a particular place over and over.
2. Squatting or going round and round a particular area.

1. Quickly get him outside
Once you discover the above signs or you catch him when he wants to poop on the floor, scoop him up quickly, before he poop and say “outside” and run out after him.
2.Give the command
Dogs most time circle a particular area before they poop, as he start to poop, give the command, say “Go potty”, you need to give the command firmly and not yelling at him. Then praise him after he has finished.
3. Don’t punish and Rebuke him
It is important that you don’t punish your dog whenever he poops in the house. Always remember that it takes time for him to know that he have to potty outside.
It is a bad habit to rub your dog nose in his waste. Dog learn very fast, so you have to be loving and patience before he will get use to his new habit.
